A car driver calls 112 because he is following another car driver whom he thinks is drunk. The identified driver is driving around in Upplands-Väsby, driving on the wrong side of the road and on a refuge. Eventually, he stops at a gas station where the police find him.

The driver blows negatively and is therefore not alcohol-impaired, but the police suspect that he is drug-impaired and he is therefore taken in for a drug test.
