A person calls the police and says that a woman appears to have moved into the basement of a multi-family house.

The police have been on the scene and they have met a woman in her mid-30s. She shows clear signs of being affected by narcotics and is taken with the patrol for blood testing.

She is suspected of aggravated trespass and minor narcotics offense through personal use.
