A resident on Storgatan in Hudiksvall calls the police regarding an attempted theft of a moped on an inner courtyard. When this failed, the man instead seized a bicycle.

When the police arrive at the scene, they find a man matching the description. The current bicycle is also found.

The man, who is in his 30s, is arrested as a suspect for the theft of the bicycle. The police will also investigate whether the man can be suspected of a break-in earlier in the evening.
