Police are on their way with several resources and will in the first stage assist the rescue service in their work. The public is urged to leave the area and not seek out the area and let the rescue resources work undisturbed. There is smoke development at the scene and flames are shooting out of the windows. 

The situation is unclear as to the extent of the damage, but no one is left in the affected apartment.

Even an ambulance has been called to the scene.

Update 13:33: Extinguishing has begun. Smoke diving is ongoing. No person has been injured in the fire. 

Update 13:36: The fire is on a balcony. 

Update 13:40: Police patrols will cordon off the area. 

Update 13:48: The fire should be extinguished. The public is urged to respect the cordons.
