Larger traffic control on E6 on Wednesday.
I cooperation with the border police, dog section, traffic police, and tax authority, the police in Halland conducted a road control where 1552 vehicles were checked. The road was completely closed in the northbound lane and all traffic was taken in for control of driving licenses and sobriety.
During the evening, among other things, a driver who was driving under the influence of drugs was discovered, two driving licenses were seized, four unauthorized driving incidents, including one serious, and 45 fines were issued.
Even drones from the police's regional UAS group were present to inspect the road network and surrounding roads from the air.

The traffic operation was part of the police's crime prevention work and was included in the police's national operation against road crime.
