Noise about a traffic accident where a child was hit.
Ambulance/ambulance helicopter and police are alerted to the scene. It appears that a 5-year-old child has fallen under a car for unclear reasons. The child is seriously injured and has been taken to the hospital by ambulance helicopter.
UPDATE 16:30
A report of suspected traffic carelessness and bodily harm is filed and the car is seized.
