Centrala Nordmaling, the police are controlling a woman who is driving a moped.
It is suspected that the woman is under the influence of narcotics. She also lacks the authorization to operate the vehicle. The woman is allowed to accompany the police for a drug test. A report is filed regarding drug-impaired driving, unauthorized driving, and minor narcotics offense.
