A woman fell from a garbage truck during work in Västland.

At the fall from the garbage truck, the woman fell and hit her head on the ground. A helicopter arrived at the accident site and took the injured person to Uppsala Academic Hospital.

The driver of the garbage truck was severely shocked by the incident and received care at the hospital.

An investigation into the accident has been launched.
