Torvalla, police contact regarding a passenger alleged to be threatening a bus driver.

The suspect is found a little while later. He is taken in for testing when there is also suspicion that he is affected by narcotics.

An interrogation is held.

A report is filed regarding harassment and minor narcotics offense.
