Police are alerted that a person is being assaulted on the street outside Attunda District Court and the prison.
Several middle-aged men are still at the scene and are being checked by the police. A possible victim, a man in his 45s, is found indoors. He has no injuries and the police will write a report on harassment.
Patrols remain at the scene for the purpose of maintaining order.
