Reports came in that there had been a break-in at a house in the northern parts of Hallstahammar. The police were dispatched to the scene where the balcony door was open after the incident. The area was cordoned off in anticipation of a technical investigation. 

It is unclear if anything was stolen and if so, what. A report of theft through break-in is being filed. The crime is believed to have occurred during the night.
