Police regional command center has handled around 50 cases related to Jönköping County between 22:00 and 07:00.

A person arrested for assault
Just before 23:00, police are alerted to a fight that is taking place in a residence in the southern parts of Jönköping. Police arrive at the scene where two people who have some kind of relationship with each other are fighting. A woman in her 50s is arrested on suspicion of assaulting a man. The man who was affected has not suffered serious injury and has not needed to seek medical attention. 

Theft and vandalism
Police are contacted around 00:30 after a security guard discovers that someone has smashed windows on several cars at a location near the old airport in Jönköping. Someone has also stolen tires from several of the vehicles. At least four cars have had their tires stolen and seven have had their windows smashed. Police have been on the scene for an initial investigation. A report has been filed regarding theft and vandalism.   

In addition to this, the police have, among other things, conducted routine checks on their own initiative or after receiving reports from the public.
