20.17 a man in his 40s was advised by a police patrol that it was forbidden to drink alcohol in a public place. He then chose to take a sip in front of the patrol, and received a fine for disorderly conduct.

21.17 a man in his 65s received a fine for public urination.

23.48 a police patrol suspected that a man in his 25s was under the influence of narcotics. The man was taken for a body search and was suspected of narcotics use.

00.43 a fight broke out at a restaurant, and a person ran from the scene. The person, a man in his 20s, was found and taken into custody according to the law on the taking care of intoxicated persons, LOB. He was also suspected of assault.

02.21 a police patrol stopped a car that was being driven recklessly. The driver of the car received fines for disorderly conduct, among other things, for driving over a solid line and for having incorrect lighting.
