A loose horse with a cart has escaped this morning outside Katrineholm. The horse has come loose for unknown reasons and has been roaming, among other things, partly on national road 52. 

A police patrol was called to the scene due to the risk of a traffic accident in connection with the loose horse. The Swedish Transport Administration also issued warnings to drivers in the area to ensure that motorists were aware and that no accident would occur. 

The incident had a happy ending. The horse is physically unharmed and has now been handed over to its owner.
