The woman has received calls from a person claiming to be a police officer earlier in the day. The scammer claims that there have been several break-ins in the area where the woman lives, and that "the police" will therefore come to pick up her valuables. Around 12:30, two people come to the woman's home. They take jewelry and a bank card. A report is filed regarding theft, senior citizen theft. The police have spoken to the victim and taken other initial investigative measures.
