Police receive a call from a tipster who sees a flasher in Tegnérlunden in central Stockholm. In the park, there are many children at the time, but none of the children seem to have noticed the man who is flashing himself.

A police patrol is quickly on the scene and can arrest a 60-year-old man suspected of sexual offenses.
