The man could not be ruled out as a victim of a crime, and the police launched an investigation into murder. A man in his 20s, also detained at the prison, has been arrested by the prosecutor, The police will interrogate the suspect.

The police have conducted a technical investigation at the scene, as well as taken other initial investigative measures to secure information and potential evidence.

The investigation is in an early stage. Further information about the investigation's status cannot be provided at this time, but when the police and prosecutor consider that new information is available to be shared, we will do so.

The deceased man's relatives have been informed of the death.
