The police receive a report that a number of youths are located on a rooftop and that they have bags in their hands. 

When the police arrive at the scene, they catch up with four teenage boys who are on their way away from there. It emerges that the boys have been up on the roof and have been graffitiing on the house.

The police will draw up a report headed vandalism and property damage.
