A patrol stops and checks a car and upon checking the driver, a 35-year-old man, they suspect that he is under the influence of narcotics.

The man is allowed to ride with the patrol for a blood test and the result of the test will show if he has committed driving under the influence of narcotics, minor narcotics offense through personal use and serious unlawful driving as he lacks a driver's license.
