Police have received calls throughout the day about a unknown man throwing colorful notes with what was perceived as a threatening message at a school before he drove away from the scene in a car.

Thanks to the description, a person has now been identified and heard by the police patrol about the incident. The man, who is in his 20s, has been given suspicion of illegal threats.
