Witness calls 112 after seeing a car drive into a garden. The driver appears to be under the influence and leaves the scene.

When the police arrive at the scene, the driver is found and taken in for testing suspected of driving under the influence. The 70-year-old man is also suspected of gross reckless driving and fleeing the scene of a traffic accident.
