23.47 Grums. Traffic offence. A boy under the age of 18 but over the age of criminal responsibility is suspected of unauthorized driving. The boy was checked when he drove a tractor-registered vehicle along E45 in Grums. The police are also filing a report to social authorities, a so-called SOL14.
