Loud noise about an explosion was reported to the police at 04:30 on Wednesday morning. Upon arrival, it was established that something had exploded in an apartment in a multi-family house in the Rosta district in Örebro. A person was found in the apartment who had sustained injuries. The person has been taken to the hospital with injuries that are initially not considered life-threatening. The site is cordoned off pending national bomb protection. The police have initiated an investigation into attempted murder, general destruction, and offenses against the law on flammable and explosive substances.
