19:04 Police were alerted to Drottninggatan in Norrköping due to an assault outdoors. According to a caller, it was a fight between two people. It reportedly involved both punches and kicks. 

19:07 Police patrol on the scene. 

19:10 The complainant, a 55-year-old man, is awake and able to speak. However, he has pain in a leg and a bruise has appeared. The perpetrator was not found on the scene but the police later made contact with him, a 35-year-old man. He has been taken in for questioning. The legal situation is a normal-grade assault. No one has been arrested and it is unclear from the police press service whether anyone needed ambulance care.
