23.14: SOS is alerted to Norra promenaden in Norrköping where a person car has driven into a tree at a roundabout. When the police arrive at the scene, two men in their 20s are standing outside the car. No one is believed to have suffered serious injuries. The police have filed a report on reckless driving.
