A brawl is ongoing between a handful of people outside a hamburger restaurant and it is reportedly going to be handed out kicks and blows. A patrol is called to the scene and the suspected participants show a high level of intoxication. 

The extent of the injuries to the participants is unclear, but an ambulance is being called to the scene. The police are writing up a report and a counter-report on assault.
