Reports came in about people who were perceived as being drunk gaped and screamed outdoors in Hallstahammar. The police were dispatched to the scene and checked three people, two men and one woman. The two men were suspected of minor narcotics offenses for personal use, the woman was allowed to continue without suspicion of a crime.
