Police were called to an address in Grums in connection with an assault. A 55-year-old man is suspected of assaulting a 55-year-old woman he has a relationship with.

Hagfors, 02.17. Vandalism.
A report was received about vandalism in Hagfors. A woman claims that her car has been smashed. A 35-year-old woman has been identified by the complainant and a report of vandalism has been filed. The parties involved are known to each other.

Säffle, 02.58. Drunk Driving.
Police stopped a vehicle for a check and the driver, an 80-year-old man, blew positively in the police's breathalyser. He was taken in for a blood test suspected of drunk driving. The result will show whether the suspicion will remain.

Police have also handled cases related to mental health, taken in a number of people according to the law on taking in intoxicated persons. Several checks of people and vehicles were also carried out during the night.
