Man reported for speeding twice during the same evening.
Just before 8:00 PM in the evening, the police stopped and checked a driver on national road 94 outside of Luleå. The speed of the vehicle was measured to be 146 kilometers per hour on the 90-section.
It turned out that the same man had earlier in the evening had his driver's license taken away after driving 146 kilometers per hour on the 110-section of E4 in Måttsund. The man denied the fine, so instead a report was drawn up. He did, however, receive a permit which meant he was allowed to drive for 48 hours after the driver's license was taken away.
When he was stopped for the second time after driving too fast, he accepted the traffic fine of 4000 kronor and had his permit revoked, which meant he was not allowed to drive the vehicle from the scene.
