Police receive calls from the public about a man allegedly setting fire to things on Västra Ringvägen in Västerås. According to the informant, the man is believed to have been affected by something.

A police patrol is ordered to the scene. The man, who turns out to be in his 30s, is taken into custody according to the law on taking into custody intoxicated persons.

It is still unclear whether a complaint will be filed against the man as a suspect.
