Police, rescue service and ambulance are alerted to Lundavägen due to a traffic accident at a viaduct.

At the scene, it is established that a passenger car drove off the road and collided with a concrete pillar on the side of the road. The car has since started burning. The fire is extinguished by the rescue service.

Two women were traveling in the car. The driver, who is in her 20s, is taken to hospital by ambulance. A police patrol has been on site at the hospital to hold an interview with the woman.

The car is towed from the scene and taken into custody for further investigation.

A report on gross negligence in traffic has been drawn up.
