The car has driven off the national road 76 for unknown reasons and ended up beside the road, down in the timber ditch that lies next to the national road and a cycle path.

The driver, a woman, was assisted out of the vehicle and transported to hospital for her injuries, she was alone in the car.

The extent of the woman's injuries was unclear when she was taken to hospital.
