Patrol notices a passenger car and signals to it to stop. The driver, however, chooses to drive away from the patrol and a pursuit begins. After a shorter period, the driver chooses to stop.

Both the driver, a 19-year-old man, and the passenger, a man of the same age, are suspected of being impaired.
