Thieves/burglars have entered through a balcony door at the back of the house and it is not supposed to have been anyone at home in the residence when the burglary occurred.

Police patrols arriving at the crime scene see a car leaving - the driver drives recklessly and drives both against a red light and on the wrong side of the road to then drive into an object. The burglars then run but the police dog finds the suspects. Two people are arrested - in different locations.

A report of theft through burglary and reckless driving is written.
