
It has been a normal night in the region. Below follows a selection of events that we have handled.
Vandalism, Karlskoga kl. 22.16
A man in his 55s is suspected of vandalism after he damaged a fence to a villa garden in Rävåsen. The police have been on the scene and took the man into custody according to the LOB, the Law on the Detention of Intoxicated Persons.
Vandalism, Karlskoga kl. 22.35
Two teenage girls are suspected of vandalism after a witness saw them throwing stones at a window of a school in Stackfallet. Relatives came and picked up the girls and the police also informed the Social Services.
Assault, Örebro kl. 00.15
A man in his 25s was subjected to an assault in the city center after two unknown persons attacked him with kicks and punches and then left the scene. There is no information that the assaulted man needed to visit the emergency care. The police are writing a report on assault without a suspect.
Traffic Offense, Lekhyttan kl. 00.53
A 15-year-old boy is suspected of unauthorized driving after a patrol checked him in an A-tractor. Guardians and Social Services have been informed.
Assault, Örebro kl. 01.35
The police received a call that several people were fighting with each other at Universitetsrondellen. The police have been on the scene and talked to several people and also checked several of them. They will write reports on assault but no one was arrested and there is no information that anyone needed emergency care. The involved were both men and women of different ages, mainly in their 20s.
Theft, Örebro kl. 02.08
Two people, a man and a woman in their 35s, are suspected of stealing a bicycle trailer on Norr. They are also suspected of threatening a witness who called the police about the theft. The bicycle trailer has been taken into custody to secure the complainant's rights.
Crime against the Knife Act, Karlskoga kl. 03.12
A 15-year-old boy was checked by the police as he walked on E18 towards Karlskoga at Villingsberg. When the patrol checked him, the boy became very aggressive and violent and he is suspected of several crimes, including a crime against the Knife Act, violent resistance and assault on a public official. The boy was handed over to his guardians.
In addition, we have among other things checked 26 people or vehicles, carried out two traffic controls, taken a person into custody according to the LOB, the Law on the Detention of Intoxicated Persons, handled two wildlife accidents without personal injury and handled six cases of mental illness.
