A 10-year-old child has been hit by a car on Fridhemsplan.

The traffic accident occurred at a pedestrian crossing in the intersection of Drottningholmsvägen-Fridhemsgatan.

The child is taken to hospital by ambulance, the child's guardian is accompanying them.

The driver is left at the scene and will be questioned by the police.
