The police are contacted by the public on Thursday about finding leaflets or papers lying on the ground at two locations in Nyköping. These leaflets are said to contain some form of offensive message that has been the basis for an investigation into incitement to hatred against a group and littering being initiated.

Later on Thursday evening, a 45-year-old man can be arrested and detained suspected of the aforementioned crimes. The case is at the prosecutor's discretion.
