A witness reports a vehicle on national road 55 that is swerving and has several times slid into the shoulder.

A patrol is dispatched to search for the vehicle, which is found after a while near Enköpings-Näs.

The vehicle is driven by a man in his 40s.

He is temporarily detained so that the patrol can take him to the hospital for blood testing, a routine procedure in suspected drunk driving and drug-impaired driving.

When the vehicle is searched and the man is body searched, a knife is also found.

The man is suspected of violating the knife law, drunk driving, and minor narcotics offenses.
