I a local on Vasagatan a public lecture/conference is taking place where two attendees have started behaving disturbingly. The organizers ask the individuals to leave the local but the individuals stay and the organizers call the police. 
It is about a man in his 40s and a woman in her 45s. The police turn both of them away from the site.
The police will write a report on harassment.
