Private individuals have found an object on the subway platform in Gubbängen and alert the police via 112 as they think the object looks unusual.
Police arrive at the scene for inspection and a decision is made to handle the object as a suspected dangerous item. The subway station is closed and no trains stop there at present.
In the current situation, knowledge gathering and evaluation of the object are ongoing.

The object has now been inspected and is found to be completely harmless. The cordons will be lifted and trains can run as usual again.
