A witness sees a man climbing onto scaffolding to a multi-family house and how he breaks into an apartment.

When the patrols arrive, the man is on the ground and tries to run away from the scene but after a short run and pepper spray, he can be apprehended.

He is in his 45s and is suspected of attempted burglary.
