In the car, a large, loose dog was traveling. 

At a collision or sudden braking, a loose dog can pose a danger to the driver and/or passengers. It can also pose a danger to the dog.

Fines of 1500 kronor were issued when the driver "transported cargo in contravention of the Transport Agency's regulations on securing cargo".
