Police go to the scene, a residential address east of Storuman town.

According to initial reports, two men are involved. They are said to know each other from before. One of the men is arrested, the other is taken to hospital by ambulance.

A preliminary investigation into attempted murder is initiated.

Initial investigative measures are carried out. Interrogations are held, seizures are made, and some traces are secured. During the night, the prosecutor decides to detain the arrested man. 

A crime scene investigation is to be carried out and the site is cordoned off.
