A fine is issued due to a vehicle having a registration plate that is not visible.

00:27 Drunken driving, Sundsvall
A driver in Sundsvall is checked. Suspicion arises that he is under the influence of narcotics. A test is performed and the result will show if a crime has been committed. A report on suspected drunken driving and minor narcotics offense for personal use is to be prepared.

Police are called to Stenstan due to reports of ongoing trouble.
