Police patrol is ordered to Stenstan due to a suspected assault.

Two men are alleged to have assaulted a third.

The two men are apprehended and taken into custody according to the LOB, the law on the apprehension of intoxicated persons.

A complaint is filed.

There are no reports that the plaintiff man was in need of medical care.
