An electric bicycle rider crosses Tangentvägen at a pedestrian crossing and is hit by a car driver.
The electric bicycle rider is a 20-year-old man and is taken to hospital by helicopter after hitting his head in the collision. 
The police will write two reports where both the electric bicycle rider and the car driver, a 55-year-old woman, are suspected and claimants respectively for not observing the right of way.
