The man is said to have taken a stranglehold on the woman and thrown her off her bicycle for unclear reasons. The woman has, among other things, suffered scrapes, but is reportedly not in need of emergency care. The police have searched the surrounding area without apprehending the perpetrator. A patrol has heard the victim and subsequently filed a report regarding assault.
