A security guard alerts the police due to a man allegedly breaking a toilet in the social services' premises in Gävle.

When the man, who is in his 35s, is found to be thoroughly intoxicated, he is taken into custody in accordance with the Law on the Taking into Custody of Intoxicated Persons (LOB).

No one is believed to have been injured in connection with the incident.

The man has not yet been suspected of any crime.
