During the night, the police are contacted by a person who woke up to an unknown intoxicated man in her residence. The resident of the residence is supposed to have got the man out of the residence, but he is then supposed to have returned to the door.

The police go there and find the man. He is taken into custody according to the LOB, the law on the taking into custody of intoxicated persons, and is handed over to a sober friend. A report of home invasion is drawn up.
