Suspected break-in at construction site in Västerås.

Police are contacted after staff at a construction site in Vasastaden in Västerås discover a suspected break-in.

A patrol is ordered to the scene and upon arrival, it can be confirmed that someone has smashed a window on a building shed. It is currently unclear what has been stolen, but initial reports suggest that some tools are missing from the site.

It is currently unknown when the break-in occurred, but it is likely to have happened during the night to Tuesday.

Parts of the site are cordoned off pending a technical investigation.

The patrol establishes a report regarding theft through break-in. There is currently no suspect in the case.
